Data Migration Guide For people who use Transana 1.24 or earlier. Move your data to the new version efficiently and safely.
Archived Versions
We rely on purchases of the most recent version of Transana to allow us to continue to develop the program and to provide support.
You should purchase the latest version of Transana, instead of downloading an older version.
We strongly recommend that you always use the latest Transana release. Please read the Transana 2.30 release notes to see the improvements made for the newest release.
There is a Demonstration Version for those who would like to experiment with Transana before purchasing the software. This version has all the features of the latest release, but has limited data capacity.
Version 2.12 for Windows can be made available to those who are unable to afford the latest release. This old release works on Windows 2000 and XP only. Version 2.05 can be made available to users who need Transana for Windows 98SE or Windows Me. (Development funding that supported the free release of Transana ended prior to our getting Transana working on Windows Vista or on the Mac, so there is no free version for those operating systems.)
If you would like an earlier release of Transana, please e-mail David Woods and explain why you want it.
