Creating a collection
All of your clips are organized into collections. A collection contains
related clips, so before you can create a clip you must create a collection.
To create a collection:
1. In the database tree, right-click the Collections
node.
2. Select Add Collection.
3. Type in the Collection ID to the Collection
ID field. You've created a collection.
Note: You can complete the following fields
in the Add Collection dialog box:
Owner-to indicate the person who created the collection
Title/Comment-to include extra information
Default Keyword Group-diplays the default keyword
group when you add clips to the collection
