Changing the order of clips in your collection
You can specify the order of the clips in each collection. When you
create a new clip by pasting or dropping text
on a collection name, Transana puts the clip at the end of the list of
clips
in the collection. See Creating a new clip.
To place the new clip in a specific
place in the list:
1. Click the transcript name in the Data window
and hold down the left button. Paste or drop the transcript text into
the list of clips where you want the
new
clip
to
appear.
To reorder existing clips:
1. Cut the clip from its current position in the
database tree.
2. Paste the clip in the database tree in the
new location.
