Adding keywords to a clip - Alternative methods

You can add keywords to a clip in four different ways. For the primary method, see Adding keywords to a clip. Below are some alternative methods.

Alternative method 1 - Attach while importing an episode:

1. Import an episode.

2. At the Add Episode screen, select the keyword group in the Keyword Group field.

3. Select the keyword in the Keyword field. Click the Add arrow . The keyword is added to the clip.

Alternative method 2 - Attach by dragging to the transcript:

1. Open the clip and the transcript.

2. Click the keyword in the Data window. Drag and drop the keyword into the Transcript window. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.

Alternative method 3 - Attach using Episode Properties:

Note: The episode or clip cannot be open during this process.

1. Right-click the episode in the Data window. Click Episode Properties in the shortcut menu.

2. In the dialog box, select the keyword group in the Keyword Group field.

3. Double-click the keyword in the Keyword field to add it to the episode. Click OK.

Alternative method 4 - Attach using the Keywords tab:

1. Click the Keywords tab in the Data window.

2. Right-click in the Keywords window. Click Edit in the shortcut menu.

3. Select a keyword group. Select a keyword in the Keyword field.

4. Click the Add arrow . Click OK.
