Creating a keyword
You can attach keywords to series, episodes, and clips.
To add a keyword in Transana, you need to define the Keyword Group to
which the keyword belongs, the keyword itself, and, optionally,
give a definition of the keyword.
To create a keyword:
1. In the
Data window, click Keywords. Click Add Keywords Group.
2. In the Add Keyword Group dialog box, enter
a name for the keyword group. Click OK to create the
keyword group is created.
Note: Although Keyword Group is a drop-down
list, you can add a new Keyword Group at any time by typing over the
displayed value.
3. Right-click the keyword group, and then click Add
Keyword.
4. In the Add Keyword dialog box, enter the keyword
in the Keyword field. Enter a definition if you wish. Click OK.
