Adding notes
You can add a note to series, episodes, collections, clips,
and transcripts. Users use notes to describe the analytic intent behind
a particular collection, or
the circumstances of data collection for a video, or to document (for graduate
students who will be working on a large project) the organizational
structure of an analysis, for example.
Each object can have multiple notes.
To add a note:
1. In the Data window, right-click the series, episode,
clip, transcript, or collection.
2. Click Add Note in the shortcut
menu.
3. At the Add Note screen, enter a name for the
note. This name will be the label for the note in the Data window. Click
OK.
4. Enter the text into the Note window.
5. Click the X in the upper-right corner to close
the note.
