Altering all time codes in a transcript
You can adjust the location of alltime codes within an episode by a
constant amount. This is helpful when you want to use an existing transcript
for a new episode file that may not start at precisely the same millisecond.
To adjust all time codes by the same amount:
1. Open the episode and the transcript.
2. In the Transcript menu, click Adjust
Indices.
3. In the Adjust Indices dialog box, enter a numeric
value in secs to adjust all the time codes in the transcript. Click OK.
4. Click OK at the confirmation.
Note: To set all time codes forward, enter the
number. To set all time codes back, insert a minus (-) sign before the
number of seconds.
